Stop making up names for pasta shapes. No one in Italy (or the fabled Tuscan institute) knows what you’re talking about. Adding ini and etti to words isn’t fooling me. Pastachetti isn’t anything. Except disgusting.
I have hated words and I have loved them, and I hope I have made them right.
